Children’s Day and Guru Nanak Jayanti were celebrated with great zeal and pomp at Adarsh World School, Sector – 12, Dwarka. The special assembly was led by teachers to celebrate the bright smiles, endless curiosity, and boundless energy of our students.
Teachers put on a wonderful assembly filled with fun performances, games, and heartfelt messages just for our students. From lively dances to singing and even teachers presented their love through poems. Our teachers pulled out all the stops to bring joy and laughter to the day. Our Vice Principal ma’am, Dr. Shilpi Bhardwaj also conveyed her best wishes on the joyous occasion of Children’s Day and Guru Nanak Jayanti.
The assembly was summed up by sharing the teachings of Dhan Guru Nanak Sahib Ji with the students.

Diwali Special Assembly
Today, our Diwali assembly illuminated the spirit of this festival with rich traditions and joyous performances. Beginning with a soulful shlok, our students shared an insightful article, inspiring thought, and a heartfelt poem that echoed Diwali’s values of light and unity. The energy soared with a mesmerizing dance and a beautiful group song, filling the air with festive joy. The event culminated in a well-deserved prize distribution and a motivational speech by our Vice Principal, adding sparkle to the celebration. With enthusiastic participation in inter-house competitions such as poster making on the theme of Diwali, an eco-friendly fashion show, folk dance, and rangoli making, AWS aims to focus on the holistic development of Adarshians.
Students of AWS also celebrated Diwali at school by decorating their classes, making rangoli, performing pooja and indulging in other fun activities in the class.

भारत में हिंदी भाषा के सम्मान हेतु प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितम्बर को हिन्दी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर हमारे विद्यालय द्वारा सभी विद्यार्थियों में हिन्दी भाषा के प्रति जागरुकता व रुचि जागृत करने हेतु विभिन्न गतिविधियाँ कराई गई; जैसे- स्लोगन लेखन, हिंदी व्याकरण के विषयों पर चित्र, मुहावरो की अंताक्षरी, निबंध लेखन, कहानी लेखन, नाटक मंचन, वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता, काव्य प्रतियोगिता व पतंग पर सुविचार लेखन आदि।
इन गतिविधियों में प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी ने बढ-चढकर भाग लिया व हिंदी भाषा के प्रति अपनी विशेष रुचि का प्रदर्शन किया।
